Mallikarjuna Iytha's IDEA Supports Over 2,000 Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Across India

Mallikarjuna Iytha, founder of the Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association (IDEA), has supported over 2,000 entrepreneurs with disabilities across India over the past seven years. Living with 88% locomotor disability and having faced systemic exclusion throughout his academic and corporate career, the Jawaharlal Nehru University alumnus launched IDEA to shift the narrative around persons with disabilities from welfare beneficiaries to wealth creators and leaders. Through targeted mentorship, capacity building, and ecosystem support, IDEA empowers disabled founders to launch and scale viable commercial enterprises nationwide.
