Mamaearth parent firm Honasa Consumer has terminated its proposed acquisition of a 58% majority stake in nutraceuticals company Fluence Pharma. The transaction, initially announced in June at an enterprise valuation of approximately Rs 135 crore, was called off due to unmet closing conditions outlined in the share purchase agreement. Fluence Pharma, founded in 2012 by Amit Bhusari and Dr Rajendra Singh Rajput, reported around Rs 40 crore revenue in FY26. Honasa confirmed it remains committed to expanding into the nutraceuticals market through alternative organic and inorganic routes.
