Media SaaS company Amagi reported a nearly thirtyfold year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to ₹74.8 crore for the second quarter ending September. The company’s operating revenue grew 27% year-on-year to ₹475.8 crore, driven by revenue expansion outpacing operating expenses. Amagi provides cloud-based software to help global broadcasters and streaming platforms create, distribute, and monetize video content. Alongside the financial results, Amagi announced the appointment of former Accenture executive Bhaskar Ghosh as an independent director and elevated co-founder and CTO Srividhya Srinivasan to a whole-time director role on the board for a five-year term.
