MediBuddy Appoints Former Swiggy And Flipkart Executive Shalabh Shrivastava As Operations Head

Bengaluru-headquartered digital healthcare platform MediBuddy has appointed Shalabh Shrivastava as its new Head of Operations to lead processes, automation, and tech execution. Shrivastava brings over twenty years of experience across consumer technology, retail, and supply chain. He previously led product, design, and operations for Swiggy’s driver fleet and spent over a decade at Flipkart handling logistics and furniture supply chain. The leadership hire comes as MediBuddy reported its first EBITDA-positive quarter in Q4 FY26, alongside an annualized revenue run rate exceeding Rs 1,500 crore. The platform currently serves over 37 million customers across India.
