Bengaluru-based new-age business school Mesa School is in advanced discussions to raise approximately Rs 100 crore in its Series A funding round. The transaction is structured to include about Rs 84 crore in equity alongside Rs 16 crore in venture debt. Additionally, co-founder Varun Limaye plans to sell a 2.9% stake for around Rs 3 crore via a secondary transaction to existing investors. Founded by Ankit Kumar and Limaye, Mesa offers management programmes focused on product, entrepreneurship, and AI. The startup has expanded student enrolments and reported a 2.5X annual revenue surge over the past year.
