Meta Platforms is planning to raise up to $95 billion through equity offerings to finance its AI infrastructure, computing capacity, and personal superintelligence initiatives. The plan includes an immediate $35 billion public offering of common and convertible preferred stock led by Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, alongside a future $60 billion at-the-market share sale programme. Major chipmakers NVIDIA, AMD, and Broadcom have expressed non-binding interest in purchasing up to $5 billion in Class A shares. The capital will support Meta's projected $135 billion to $145 billion capital expenditure in 2026.
