Mygate to Merge with Adonmo; Eternal Secures 4.4% Stake

Community management platform Mygate is set to merge with ambient digital advertising company Adonmo. Eternal, formerly Zomato, disclosed in an October 21 regulatory filing that it will acquire an approximate 4.4% stake in the merged entity valued at Rs 156 crore through a share swap of its entire Adonmo holding. Eternal had previously invested Rs 112 crore in Adonmo in January 2022. Following the merger, Adonmo will cease to exist as a separate entity. Mygate posted a 34% turnover increase to Rs 229 crore in FY26.
