D2C natural personal care startup Nat Habit is raising Rs 142.6 crore ($15 million) in a Series C funding round led by Trident Growth Partners. Trident is investing Rs 91 crore, while Bertelsmann and Linklight Ventures are committing Rs 37 crore and Rs 6.8 crore, respectively, alongside Mirabilis, Firstport, and Dharmayug Investments. The fresh capital will fund corporate expansion, brand building, and an ESOP pool buyback. The round values the firm at approximately Rs 800 crore. Nat Habit is also rebranding to Breathe Life to expand from Ayurvedic care into a broader lifestyle brand.
