Sachin Bansal-led fintech firm Navi has raised ₹940 crore in a funding round led entirely by Prosus Ventures through MIH Payments Holdings B.V. The capital infusion values Navi at ₹13,192 crore, more than triple its April 2020 valuation of ₹4,260 crore. Navi allotted 23.94 crore CCPS at ₹39.26 per share to Prosus, making the investor its largest external shareholder with an 8.59% stake. Founder Sachin Bansal retains an 84.34% controlling stake. The capital will support business expansion across lending, insurance, mutual funds, and UPI payments alongside investments into subsidiaries.
