Nazara Technologies founder Nitish Mittersain is stepping down as managing director to transition into a non-executive director role, months after leaving the chief executive post. The gaming company’s board approved a major leadership restructuring, redesignating CaratLane founder Mithun Sacheti from non-executive director to executive director to oversee strategic operations. Additionally, Nazara appointed Arun Agrawal, former global chief financial officer at Ness Digital Engineering, as its new CFO effective October 16, succeeding Rakesh Shah. Whole-time director Rohit Sharma is also stepping down from his executive role as the firm reshuffles its management suite.
