Listed gaming major Nazara Technologies announced a significant top-deck leadership reshuffle. Founder Nitish Mittersain has stepped down as managing director to become founder and non-executive director, continuing to guide the board strategically. CaratLane founder Mithun Sacheti, who joined as an additional director earlier this year, has been elevated to executive whole-time director for five years to oversee strategic initiatives and operations. Additionally, whole-time director Rohit Sharma resigned effective January 1, 2027, while long-serving CFO Rakesh Shah will exit on October 15, replaced by former Ness Digital Engineering CFO Arun Agrawal.
