Nazara Posts ₹35.4 Crore Q2 Profit as Revenue Surges 52%

Gaming major Nazara Technologies reported a net profit of ₹35.4 crore in Q2 FY27, recovering from a net loss of ₹33.9 crore in the same period last year. The company's operating revenue grew nearly 52% year-on-year to ₹803.2 crore, up from ₹526.5 crore, supported by healthy organic growth and a ₹329 crore contribution from acquisitions BlueTile and BestPlay. Nazara's total income stood at ₹816.9 crore, while total expenses rose 43.7% to ₹767.6 crore. Meanwhile, EBITDA surged 93% year-on-year to ₹120 crore, expanding its EBITDA margin to 14.9%.
