NCLT Stays Disposal of Byju's K3-Linked Assets Auctioned for Rs 16 Crore

The Bengaluru bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has ordered status quo on assets sold by the resolution professional of Byju's parent firm, Think and Learn Private Limited. The stay on disposing of Byju's K3 Education assets remains in effect until September 21. The order follows a plea by K3 Education's resolution professional and Kritikal Solutions, alleging assets valued at Rs 150 crore were auctioned to Comprint Tech Solutions for just Rs 16 crore without verified ownership records. Over 15 vehicle loads had already been dispatched before the tribunal intervened.
