Neev Ki Eent Foundation (NKEF), an NGO founded by former Gandhi Fellow Anshu Kumar Jaiswal, is working to improve education access for the children of migrant brick kiln workers in Bihar. Jaiswal established the organisation after witnessing firsthand the disruptions to children's schooling during his fieldwork in Sheikhpura between 2019 and 2021. Alongside providing educational support, NKEF assists migrant families in obtaining essential documentation, facilitates access to government welfare schemes, and helps build local leadership to ensure sustained social security for these vulnerable communities.
