NeoGrowth Posts ₹72 Crore Loss in FY26 as Revenue Drops 21%

MSME-focused digital lender NeoGrowth slipped into the red in FY26, reporting a net loss of Rs 72 crore compared to a profit in FY25. The company's revenue from operations dropped 21.2% to Rs 591.07 crore from Rs 750.31 crore in the previous fiscal year, according to regulatory filings. Interest income, its primary revenue stream accounting for 96% of operating top-line, declined 21.4% to Rs 566.97 crore. Meanwhile, loan impairment provisions stood flat at Rs 277.32 crore and finance costs decreased 19.5% to Rs 228.88 crore, failing to offset the sharp revenue contraction.
