TPG-backed NewQuest Asia Fund IV has sold an additional 1.36% stake in logistics startup Shadowfax for approximately Rs 200 crore via a BSE bulk deal. NewQuest offloaded 80 lakh shares at Rs 250.03 each, with OxBow Master Fund acquiring 47.85 lakh shares for Rs 119.6 crore at Rs 250 apiece. This follows an August transaction where NewQuest sold shares worth Rs 300.6 crore. In total, NewQuest has divested over Rs 500 crore in Shadowfax shares. The logistics firm reported a 65% year-on-year revenue surge to Rs 1,358 crore in Q1 FY27.
