Nobel Hygiene Files DRHP for Rs 150 Crore Fresh IPO Issue

Hygiene products manufacturer Nobel Hygiene Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI to launch an initial public offering. The issue includes a fresh equity issuance worth Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale of up to 1.55 crore shares by existing shareholders. Quadria Capital, via Orbit Investment Holdings, leads the OFS offloading 95.7 lakh shares, alongside Sixth Sense Ventures offloading 50 lakh shares. Nobel Hygiene plans to deploy fresh capital to repay existing borrowings, invest in its subsidiary Nobel Hygiene Baroda, and expand its Halol manufacturing facility with a new adult diaper production line.
