Northern Arc Investment Managers, the asset management arm of Northern Arc Capital, has announced the first close of its Northern Arc Diversified Debt Fund with over ₹400 crore in commitments. Backed by institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, this marks the firm’s 15th private credit vehicle. The Category II Alternative Investment Fund carries an AA (SO) rating from CareEdge Ratings, targeting a total corpus of ₹1,500 crore with a ₹500 crore greenshoe option. Targeting a 16% XIRR over a five-year tenure, the fund will provide performing private credit across diverse Indian sectors.
