Nutanix and ThoughtSpot co-founder Ajeet Singh has launched Different, an artificial intelligence martech startup, emerging from stealth with $48 million in seed funding. The round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners. Different is co-founded alongside former Asana executive Abhishek Pani and ex-PharmEasy CTPO Abhinav Yajurvedi, maintaining operations across Bengaluru and San Francisco. The platform serves lean B2B marketing teams by automating end-to-end demand generation, planning, and content personalization. Having completed early trials with corporate clients like Descope and Motif, the startup aims to eliminate dependencies on multiple agencies and fragmented enterprise marketing software tools.
