Nutanix Partners With NVIDIA and Supermicro on AI Infrastructure

Cloud software firm Nutanix announced strategic infrastructure partnerships with NVIDIA, Supermicro, and Netris to accelerate enterprise production AI deployments. Nutanix plans to provide Day Zero support for NVIDIA Vera CPUs via the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform on bare metal, later expanding to virtualized environments. Paired with NVIDIA OpenShell, Vera CPUs aim to boost agentic AI workflows by accelerating CPU operations between GPU tasks. Additionally, Nutanix and Supermicro are developing an integrated system combining Supermicro servers, NVIDIA GPUs, Spectrum-X Ethernet, and Nutanix Agentic AI to lower token costs.
