Meanwhile, shares of rival electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy rose over 7% to reach Rs 1,603.10 following an increased stake by Hero MotoCorp. Separately, ecommerce platform Meesho recorded a 36% year-on-year surge in orders and a 38% rise in gross merchandise value during the Raksha Bandhan shopping festive season. Non-metro markets drove Meesho's festive performance, representing approximately 73% of total orders and underlining sustained consumer demand in smaller Indian towns.
