Bengaluru-based artificial intelligence startup Oppex AI has secured ₹4.2 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Info Edge Ventures. The company plans to deploy the newly acquired capital to accelerate product development, expand its core technical team, and scale customer deployments. Founded in June by Prasun Kumar and Pranit Kumar, Oppex AI is building an AI-native platform designed to modernize enterprise production operations. The software aims to shift IT incident management from human-dependent workflows toward automated resolution, helping engineering organizations resolve complex infrastructure downtime faster and more reliably across cloud systems.
