AI-powered autonomous delivery robot developer Ottonomy has secured approximately Rs 40.6 crore ($4.2 million) in a post-seed funding round, with Japan-based venture capital firm Enrission India Capital participating. Founded by Ritukar Vijay, Ottonomy designs indoor and outdoor delivery robots powered by proprietary Contextual AI technology. Its flagship product, Ottobot, automates the transport of medicines, medical supplies, and industrial materials across complex facilities with minimal human intervention. The startup plans to deploy the fresh capital to expand its global footprint and accelerate autonomous delivery deployments across healthcare and industrial automation facilities facing severe labor shortages.
