OYO Parent PRISM Posts FY26 Profit of Rs 994 Crore

PRISM, the parent company of hospitality major OYO, reported a four-fold increase in profit after tax to Rs 994 crore for FY26, up from Rs 245 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations rose 50% year-on-year to Rs 9,358 crore, while EBITDA doubled to Rs 2,594 crore. Gross booking value jumped 88.5% to Rs 30,683 crore, driven by full-year contributions from US-based G6 Hospitality, acquired in December 2024, which contributed Rs 14,107 crore to GBV. PRISM also integrated AI pricing tools across operations and launched its premium CheckIn app.
