PE Giant TPG Offloads Shadowfax Shares Worth ₹114 Crore In Bulk Deal

Private equity firm TPG has offloaded 40 Lakh shares in listed logistics provider Shadowfax for ₹113.6 crore via an open-market transaction. Executed through NewQuest Asia Fund IV (Singapore) at ₹284.03 per share, the sale follows previous stake divestments of ₹200 crore in September and ₹300 crore in August. The secondary sales come amid a share price rally, with Shadowfax stock gaining over 143% in six months following strong Q1 FY27 results, where net profit rose eightfold to ₹65.4 crore on revenue of ₹1,358.1 crore. The company was founded by Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khandelwal.
