Venture capital firm Peak XV Partners has sold 12.2 lakh shares of listed coworking provider Awfis in a bulk deal valued at ₹29.8 crore. Transacted through Peak XV Partners Investment V at ₹245 per share on the NSE, the sale dilutes more than half of Peak XV's remaining 3.24% stake. Kritagyata Trust acquired 11.5 lakh shares for ₹28.2 crore. While Awfis shares have declined nearly 50% year-to-date amid broader market pressure, the company posted a 140% surge in Q1 net profit to ₹24 crore, with operating revenue rising 27% to ₹424.9 crore.
