Pune-based industrial automation startup Peppermint Robotics has secured Rs 100 crore ($10.5 million) in a Pre-Series B funding round co-led by pi Ventures and Crane Venture Partners, with participation from Asiana Fund. The round includes both primary capital infusion and secondary share sales. Peppermint plans to deploy the proceeds toward scaling its manufacturing capacity, hiring senior engineering talent, and establishing an assembly line in North America. Founded in 2019, the startup builds autonomous commercial floor-cleaning and material-handling robots equipped with proprietary LiDAR and computer vision systems, serving clients across nine global markets.
