Luxury omnichannel fashion retailer Purple Style Labs, the parent of Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, has raised approximately ₹306 crore from ten anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering. The company allocated 53.2 lakh shares at ₹575 apiece, the upper price band. Key participants included BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley Asia, ICICI Prudential Smallcap Fund, Jupiter India Fund, and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. Domestic mutual funds secured about ₹100 crore across three schemes. The ₹680 crore fresh issue opens on August 31, with proceeds targeted for experience centre lease liabilities and marketing through FY30.
