Shares of Purple Style Labs, the parent company of luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, made a muted debut on stock exchanges, listing at a nearly 7% discount to the issue price. On the NSE, shares opened at ₹535 compared to the issue price of ₹575, while listing at ₹539 on the BSE. The ₹680 crore initial public offering was subscribed 1.29 times and comprised entirely fresh equity issuance. Founded in 2015 by Abhishek Agarwal, the omnichannel luxury retailer plans to utilize ₹371.1 crore of the net IPO proceeds towards business expansion.
