Luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop parent, Purple Style Labs, made a weak stock market debut on Monday, listing at a 6.96% discount on the NSE at ₹535 compared to its initial public offering price of ₹575. On the BSE, the shares opened down 6.26% at ₹539. The company's ₹680 crore entirely fresh issue had been subscribed 1.29 times after raising ₹306 crore from anchor investors, including ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund. Purple Style Labs plans to allocate proceeds toward subsidiary lease liabilities and marketing after reporting ₹558 crore in revenue and ₹285 crore in losses for FY26.
