PharmEasy Parent API Holdings Cuts FY26 Loss by 67% to ₹520 Crore

PharmEasy parent API Holdings narrowed its consolidated net loss by 67% to ₹520 crore for the fiscal year ended March 2026, down from ₹1,572 crore in the previous year. Operating revenue grew 12.7% year-on-year to ₹6,618.5 crore, driven by margin improvements in private-label brands and optimised B2R discounts. Total expenses fell marginally to ₹7,146.7 crore. In Q1 FY27, the company posted ₹1,754 crore in revenue with an EBITDA of ₹39.3 crore, while its B2B segment turned EBITDA-positive. Subsidiary Thyrocare posted 24% revenue growth to ₹240 crore during the same quarter.
