Hyderabad-based physical AI startup Tensrai has raised ₹3.4 crore in a pre-seed funding round backed by India Accelerator, Finvolve, Hyderabad Angels, and individual angel investors. Founded by Sai Nikhil Rao Gona, Venkata Sai Charan Chalamalasetty, Harshith Uppalapati, and Vivek Datta, the startup builds a retrofittable autonomy platform for industrial robots, vehicles, and commercial machinery. The platform integrates vision-first navigation, vision-language models, autonomous mobility, and robotic manipulation. Tensrai plans to deploy the fresh capital to accelerate technology development, enhance engineering capabilities, and expand commercial operations across domestic and international factory and warehouse automation markets.
