The round also saw participation from prominent angel investors including Pullela Gopichand, Rohit Chennamaneni, and Nandan Reddy. Founded in 2024 by Teja Vinukollu and Haneesh Mourya Desu, WATER develops adaptive smart surfaces powered by VORTEX, its proprietary foundation model analyzing human body interactions. The fresh capital will fund technical validation of its products like the FLOW chair and CAMA bed, with future plans to expand into automotive and aviation applications across global markets.
