PhysicsWallah Q2 Revenue Rises 18% to Rs 1,242 Cr, Net Profit Doubles

PhysicsWallah reported an 18.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to Rs 1,242.26 crore for Q2 FY27, up from the prior year. Consolidated profit after tax doubled to Rs 142.29 crore, surging 104.1% YoY compared to Rs 69.72 crore in Q2 FY26. The edtech company turned profitable following a net loss of Rs 87.04 crore in Q1 FY27. Online operations drove 55.8% of operating revenue at Rs 693.52 crore, while offline centers contributed Rs 540.87 crore. Founder and CEO Alakh Pandey credited disciplined capital allocation and learner growth across K-12 and vernacular segments.
