Pine Labs Appoints Fintech Veteran Jayaram Karthik as Chief Operations Officer

Merchant commerce and fintech platform Pine Labs has appointed Jayaram Karthik as its Chief Operations Officer to lead operational strategy and merchant experience across domestic and international markets. Karthik brings over 25 years of cross-functional experience in operations, risk management, analytics, and technology architecture. He has previously held executive leadership roles at Razorpay, Amazon, American Express, Citibank, and Tata. Pine Labs chief executive officer B Amrish Rau stated that Karthik’s appointment will strengthen the company’s operating infrastructure and support scalable global expansion as the company prepares for its next growth phase across multiple geographies.
