Pine Labs Appoints Former Razorpay Executive Jayaram Karthik as COO

Fintech major Pine Labs has appointed Jayaram Karthik as its Chief Operations Officer to strengthen operational capabilities and merchant experience across domestic and international markets. Karthik previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Razorpay and brings over 25 years of experience across Amazon, Tata, Citibank, and American Express. In his new role, Karthik will standardize merchant journeys and build technology-enabled operating models across more than 20 countries. Meanwhile, Pine Labs reported a revenue increase to Rs 737 crore with net profit rising fourfold to Rs 20 crore in Q1.
