Pine Labs Q2 Profit Jumps Over 6X YoY to ₹38.6 Crore

Fintech major Pine Labs reported a more than sixfold jump in net profit to ₹38.6 crore for the September quarter, up from ₹6 crore in the year-ago period. Sequentially, net profit rose 97% from ₹19.6 crore in Q1. Operating revenue increased 24% year-on-year and 9% sequentially to ₹806.2 crore. Including other income of ₹25.6 crore, total revenue reached ₹831.7 crore, compared to ₹672.9 crore last year. Total expenses rose 16% to ₹770.4 crore, while tax expenses stood at ₹22.8 crore during the quarter.
