Protectt.ai Acquires Majority Stake in Bosch-Incubated AIShield

Cybersecurity firm Protectt.ai Labs has acquired a majority stake in AIShield, an AI security platform incubated at Bosch Global Software Technologies, through primary share issuance and secondary purchases. AIShield will operate independently as AI Shield Private Limited under Protectt.ai. The deal combines AIShield's AI security assessments, red teaming, runtime protection, and over 40 patent filings with Protectt.ai's mobile app security suite and enterprise client base across Indian BFSI and government sectors. The capital will fund R&D and global market expansion.
