Luxury fashion house Purple Style Labs, parent of Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, has raised Rs 306 crore from ten anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering. The company allotted 53.21 lakh equity shares at the upper price ceiling of Rs 575 apiece. ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund emerged as the top investor, subscribing to Rs 88 crore worth of shares, followed by Jupiter India Fund with Rs 75 crore and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance with Rs 68 crore. The anchor round comes prior to its Rs 680 crore fresh-issue IPO opening on August 31.
