Luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop parent Purple Style Labs is launching its initial public offering on August 31, 2026. The company has raised nearly ₹306 crore from anchor investors ahead of the issue. The public offering comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.18 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹680 crore with no offer-for-sale component. At the upper end of the price band, the IPO values the startup at approximately ₹4,600 crore. Purple Style Labs plans to deploy ₹371.1 crore toward lease liabilities for Experience Centers and offices, with remaining proceeds backing sales and marketing expansion.
