Pushp Brand Receives SEBI Approval for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Packaged spices manufacturer Pushp Brand has received approval from capital markets regulator SEBI to launch its initial public offering. According to its draft red herring prospectus, the issue consists entirely of an offer for sale of up to 74.45 lakh equity shares by existing promoters and institutional investors. A91 Emerging Fund I, holding a 20.14% stake, and Sixth Sense India Opportunities III, holding 7.81%, will partially offload their holdings. Founded in 1974 in Indore, Pushp reported a 19% rise in FY26 revenue from operations to Rs 482 crore.
