Social and puzzle gaming startup Matiks has raised $10 million (around ₹95.1 crore) in a Pre-Series A funding round led by General Catalyst. The round saw participation from upGrad founder Ronnie Screwvala alongside existing investors Info Edge Ventures, Tanglin Venture Partners, and Untitled Ventures. Founded in 2024 by Sudhanshu Bhatia, Mohan Kumar, and Sushant Timmapur, Matiks lets users compete in logic, memory, and math games. The fresh capital will fuel global expansion, new product experiences, creator partnerships, and development of an AI engine enabling users to build games without code.
