Qualcomm Sells Shadowfax Stake Worth ₹157.3 Crore in Bulk Deal

Early backer Qualcomm Ventures has offloaded 57.1 lakh shares of logistics company Shadowfax for ₹157.3 crore through an open-market transaction on the BSE. Executed via Qualcomm Asia Pacific at ₹275.3 per share, the sale reflects a 6.6% discount to its previous closing price. Qualcomm initially backed Shadowfax in its $22 million Series C round in 2018. The move follows private equity firm TPG selling over ₹700 crore in Shadowfax shares. The divestments come as Shadowfax’s stock surged over 122% in six months after reporting an eightfold jump in Q1 net profit to ₹65.4 crore.
