Online furniture and appliance rental platform RentoMojo's ₹1,256 crore IPO was subscribed 69% on its first day of bidding. The issue received bids for 1.50 crore shares against 2.18 crore on offer. Non-institutional investors led demand with a 90% subscription rate, while the retail portion reached 76%. The employee portion stood at 75%, and qualified institutional buyers subscribed 40%. The company fixed a price band of ₹384 to ₹404 per share, valuing it at around ₹4,206 crore. The IPO comprises a ₹150 crore fresh issue and ₹1,105.6 crore offer for sale.
