Ahead of opening its initial public offering on September 9, appliance and furniture rental platform RentoMojo has raised ₹376.1 crore from 41 anchor investors. The startup allotted 93.1 lakh equity shares at ₹404 apiece, setting the upper end of its ₹384 to ₹404 price band. Sixteen domestic mutual funds secured ₹244.1 crore across 30 schemes, while five life insurers invested ₹51 lakh. Anchor participants include Kotak Mahindra Trustee, Edelweiss, Invesco, HDFC, Motilal Oswal, and ICICI Prudential. The total IPO includes a ₹150 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale, valuing RentoMojo at ₹4,206 crore.
