Furniture and appliance rental startup RentoMojo has fixed a price band of ₹384 to ₹404 per share for its ₹1,255.6 crore initial public offering. The public issue, scheduled to open on September 9 and close on September 11, includes a fresh issue of ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of up to 2.7 crore shares worth ₹1,105.6 crore. At the upper band, the company is targeting a valuation of ₹4,206.3 crore ($445.1 million). Early investors Accel, Chiratae Ventures, and co-founder Geetansh Bamania are offloading partial stakes, while fresh proceeds will fund offline store expansion.
