Online furniture and appliance rental platform Rentomojo has fixed a price band of Rs 384 to Rs 404 per share for its Rs 1,256-crore initial public offering. The issue will open for public subscription from September 9 to September 11, with anchor bidding on September 8. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale worth up to Rs 1,106 crore from investors including Accel India, Chiratae Trust, and IDG Ventures India Fund III. Proceeds will fund debt repayment and warehouse lease rentals.
