Bengaluru-based direct-to-consumer apparel brand ReplyAll has secured Rs 9.7 crore in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII. The round also saw participation from ISV, Long View Ventures, Sparrow, Antler, and angel investors. Founded in 2025 by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll develops performance and everyday apparel using proprietary fabrics like Temperform and Flexknit. The startup previously raised Rs 6.8 crore in December last year. It will deploy the fresh capital toward fabric research and development, category expansion, product design, and boosting its offline retail footprint and community presence across India.
