Voice AI startup Ringg has secured $10 million from Peak XV Partners as an extension of its Series A funding round, bringing the total round to $15.5 million following an earlier $5.5 million raise. Founded initially as text-to-speech platform DesiVocal, the company pivoted to developing enterprise voice AI agents to automate customer outreach and support calls. Ringg currently processes around 20 million call attempts monthly, serving major enterprise clients including fintech unicorn Cred. The fresh capital will help the company expand its voice agent technology as enterprise demand for automated conversational AI continues to grow across India.
