Sachin Bansal's Navi Raises $100 Million From Prosus At $1.3 Billion Valuation

Sachin Bansal-led financial services startup Navi has secured $100 million in external funding from Dutch investment major Prosus, marking its first institutional capital raise. The transaction reportedly values Navi at $1.3 billion, reflecting a markdown from an earlier targeted valuation of roughly $2 billion. Bansal had previously invested between $400 million and $450 million of his personal wealth into the venture. Navi reported that its lending assets under management have crossed ₹13,000 crore, while its UPI service ranks fourth nationally. However, Navi’s consolidated net loss widened to ₹466 crore in FY26.
